To see how these different approaches compare in a normal group we are going to compare what are the predictors of auditory memory in adults under activation conditions and then see if the predictors from the subject’s eyes closed data would have allowed us to predict who has a good memory.

The predictors of auditory memory (see picture above) are the coherence alpha relationships, emanating from the black circles. Here the flashlight concept is employed to express these relationships.

If we look at the same subjects and predict to their subsequent auditory memory abilities we obtain the following predictors: Relative Power of Theta, Peak frequency of Delta and coherence alpha from F7. See figure below.
